Who refunds the payment
The seller of record charged the card and sends the refund. Grammarbar does not store the card number. For a return, use the receipt from the order or payment support. The payment refund policy says how a return is handled. Include the account email and the approximate date of the charge.
14-day withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA, or the UK, you may withdraw from a new purchase within 14 days of the charge without giving a reason. Ask within those 14 days and the charge for that purchase is refunded.
Grammarbar is a digital service and it is available as soon as the plan is active. At checkout you can be asked to agree that supply starts immediately and that you lose the withdrawal right once it has started. If you gave that agreement and the paid service has started, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to that charge. If you did not give that agreement, or the paid service has not started, the 14-day right still applies.
This right is for the purchase. It is separate from cancellation. Cancellation is described on the cancellation page.
After 14 days
After the withdrawal window, or after you have lost the withdrawal right, canceling does not refund the current period. The plan keeps working until the end of the period already paid. Later renewals are not charged.
If the paid service was not provided — you were charged and the account never became paid, or a fault on our side made the app unusable for a material part of the period — write to support@posadskiy.com and ask payment support to refund that charge.
What is not a refund case
A rewrite you disagree with is not, by itself, a refund. The model can be wrong, and the terms say to read the result before you send it. Unused free rewrites are not a credit and are not paid out.
