Email support@posadskiy.com for a problem with the app, a cancellation the account page could not finish, or a privacy request. The GDPR page says what to include. A return goes through the receipt or payment support, as described on the refund page.
Product bugs can also be reported on GitHub. Use email for anything about your account, payment, or personal data.

Grammarbar is published at grammarbar.com. The company notice, with the address, the business register, the tax number, and the share capital, is on the legal page. That company provides the service and is the GDPR controller. Checkout, tax, and refunds are handled by the seller of record named in the terms.
There is no separate phone line. Email is the contact for support, privacy, and legal notices.
